Bone and Joint Care
Joints exist where two bones meet and to create a smooth, frictionless movement the ends of the bones are covered by the tough slippery tissue called cartilage. To work effectively the joint relies on this cartilage being constantly repaired, otherwise bone will meet bone and painful wearing will start. Like any part of the body we can take steps to support our joints and the first place to start is with a good diet in order to provide the constant supply of nutrients needed by the body to repair the cartilage. Sadly, 9 out of 10 people in Britain suffer from some form of inflammation of the joint by the age of 60. So it comes, as little surprise that it is one of the most common conditions that we deal with. Take a look at the extensive range available to you.
